These terms govern your use of Glowhealthy Skincare and any purchase you make through our store. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products & pricing

We aim to describe and price our products accurately. Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any payment made.

2. Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase. We confirm your order by email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock or if we suspect fraud — in which case we will refund any amount paid.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Hubtel), including mobile money. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.

4. Shipping & delivery

Delivery is arranged through a third-party delivery agency. Shipping costs are confirmed after you place your order, based on the agency's charge for your location, and we will contact you to confirm before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Returns & refunds

If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us at glowhealthyskincare@gmail.com within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

6. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site is owned by Glowhealthy Skincare and may not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Our products are cosmetic skincare items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Always patch-test and read usage instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products.

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
